About Esas

Esas is a personal productivity app built to help you plan tasks, routines, and daily structure around your energy patterns. The service may be available through our mobile app, our website, or both.

Esas is owned and operated by Emre Camasuvi. When you create an account, start a trial, subscribe, or otherwise use Esas, you agree to follow these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some Esas features may require a paid subscription. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and included features may vary by platform or region and will be shown before you purchase.

Free trial

New users who choose an annual subscription may be offered a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will begin automatically and the payment method tied to the platform you used will be charged.

Recurring payments

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled. Billing is handled by the platform where you subscribed, such as the App Store, Google Play, or the web checkout provider.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the same platform where the subscription was started. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund time that has already been billed.

Refund requests are handled under the rules of the applicable platform or payment provider. Except where required by law or platform policy, subscription payments are non-refundable.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what information Esas handles, where it is stored, and how it is used. By using Esas, you also agree to the practices described in that policy.

Data security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the information handled by Esas. No app, website, network, or storage system can be made perfectly secure, so you acknowledge that some risk is always present when using digital services.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You agree not to misuse Esas, including by:

Using the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
Trying to access accounts, systems, code, or data that you are not allowed to access.
Interfering with the operation, security, or performance of the app or website.
Copying, scraping, reselling, or reverse engineering the service except where permitted by law.

Availability and Changes to the Service

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of Esas over time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but interruptions may happen because of maintenance, updates, network problems, platform issues, or events outside our control.

We may also change or remove features when needed for security, product, legal, or operational reasons.

You may not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, or compromise the website.
You may not use website content in a way that infringes our rights or anyone else's rights.

Esas is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

Bugs, outages, data loss, or interruptions.
Third-party services, platforms, app stores, devices, networks, or operating systems.
Your reliance on task suggestions, schedules, reminders, or other productivity guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esas and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Third-Party Services and Links

Esas may link to or work with third-party services, such as authentication providers, app stores, payment processors, or external websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as Esas changes or as legal and operational needs evolve. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Esas after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
