Esas ("the App") is a personal productivity app built on a local-first architecture. Your data lives on your device, not on our servers. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
All core data is stored locally in an encrypted database on your device. This includes:
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly opt in to cloud features in the future.
You can use the App without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we use Supabase to handle authentication. During sign-in, Supabase receives:
This information is used solely for authentication. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or advertising. You can sign out at any time, which removes the account link from your device.
The App may send you local notifications (reminders, streak alerts) if you grant permission. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device. No push notification service or external server is involved.
The App does not collect, transmit, or sell:
There are no third-party analytics SDKs, ad networks, or tracking pixels in the App.
The App may request microphone access for audio features. Audio is processed on your device and is not transmitted to any server.
Since your data is stored locally, you are in full control. Deleting the App removes all local data. If you have signed in, you can request deletion of your authentication record by contacting us.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the App or on our website.
